The Wisconsin Pork Association has seven committees, which drive the programs and activities of the organization. Each committee asks voluntary pork producers and industry members to serve as members. The committees are as follows:
Consumer Information & Promotion - This committee works to build consumer awareness, offers educational programming for schools grades PreK-12, works with diet/health professionals to promote the importance and value of pork in a healthy diet, and creates awareness and promotions with pork for individuals and businesses in the foodservice and retail industries.

Production Technology & Education - The Production Technology and Education committee offers producer education services for producers, works with industry on research, develops seminars and conferences, including programming on animal welfare, PQA, environment, production, and market access.

Quality Seedstock - This committee is responsible for the State Fair advisory group, seedstock directory, futurity show and sale.

Youth - The Youth Committee creates educational programs for youth involved in 4-H and FFA pig projects, including youth expo, intern program, and scholarships.

Membership - Offering enhanced services for the membership of WPA is the main goal of the Membership Committee, in addition to enhancing technology resources for producers, producing timely communications for members, creating the dues structure for the organization, recruiting new members, and offering leadership development opportunities.

Pork Schoppe - The main function of the Pork Schoppe committee is the organization of the State Fair stand, manager shifts and food safety issues.

Public Policy - Priorities for the Public Policy committee are to respond to legislative issues affecting pork producers' ability to operate, including: environmental issues, odor and nutrient management, and permit process.
