If you’re headed to the Wisconsin State Fair, be sure to visit us at the Pork Schoppe! Wisconsin Pork Association sells a variety of quality pork products at the fair, including a Pork Chop on a Stick, Butterfly Pork Chop Sandwich, Pork Burger, and Bacon. Serving from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day of the fair in the big white tent located on the corner of Grandstand Avenue and Third Street (near the Coliseum and WI Products Pavilion).
