The annual Pork/Corn/Soy expo provides a one-stop opportunity for educational programs, trade show, and networking. Held at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, it also gives producers a chance to mix business with family time at a popular winter destination.
The event is hosted by Wisconsin Pork Association, Wisconsin Soybean Association, Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board, Wisconsin Corn Growers Association and Wisconsin Corn Promotion Board.

Cooking with Pork
Learn about pork’s versatility in the kitchen from last year’s Taste of Elegance winner, Chef Mitchel Weber. Bonus: the session will include samples!
Pork Quality Assurance Plus® and Transport Quality Assurance® for Livestock Haulers Certification
Attend these sessions to become certified, or renew your certification, in the PQA Plus and TQA programs. PQA Plus maintains its food safety tradition to ensure U.S. pork products continue to be recognized domestically and internationally as the highest quality and safest available and provides information to ensure producers can measure, track, and continuously improve animal wellbeing. TQA is a program that helps swine transporters, producers, and handlers understand how to handle, move, and transport pigs.
*Note: Expo registration is NOT required to participate in PQA or TQA. However, please RSVP to WPA at 608-723-7551 if you plan to attend PQA Plus or TQA training.
Taste of Elegance & Auctions
Eight Wisconsin chefs will prepare creative pork entrees for attendees to sample. Chefs compete for over $2000 in prizes, including a People’s Choice award chosen by attendees. A silent auction is held during the event followed by a live auction. Proceeds from the auctions support Wisconsin Pork Association programs.
Breakfast and Discussions with the WPA Board
Join the Wisconsin Pork Association board as they sit down with producers and industry in a round-table discussion on industry issues, as well as to get feedback on association programs. RSVP to Wisconsin Pork Association is requested.
